  • Enter listing into your broker system of record.

  • Enter listing and maintain updates in MLS (Upon Approval).

  • Order property photography. We will use your preferred vendor.

  • Coordinate virtual tour appointment if service is separate from the photography session.

  • Enter listing into Showing Time.

  • Schedule and confirm Open House.

MARKETING

  • Create one or two page flyerwith your logo and agent information.

  • Post to the agent's social media platforms with branded custom images.

  • Verify the listing on Zillow and/or Trulia.

  • Add or update property on agent's website.

  • Design Just Listed Postcards (postage & printing fees separate).

CLIENT SUPPORT

  • Send welcome/intro letter to seller.

  • Act as single point of contact for any questions or concerns.

  • Verify all documents have been received.
